Chardon Loisirs Term and Conditions of Sale for Individuals
(the direct sale of activities from our sales office)
The payment of an activity means that you have accepted the terms and conditions of sale found below:
- No time changes for an activity will be accepted in the 12 hours preceding the initial booking time.
- Where the client cancels, no refund is given.
At T-24h: refund of the activity.
At T-12h: 50 % of the amount will be refunded. At T<12: no refund will be made.
- Where Chardon Loisirs cancels
- The possibility of postponing the activity will be given, where the newly suggested date and time is impossible, the total activity amount will be refunded, less any bank charges where applicable.
- NB: The insurances subscribed with credit card companies do not cover damages caused to the mechanical machines (snow scooter or quad-bike).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPANIES -
With this document, and concerning its activities, the SARL CHARDON LOISIRS brings the following conditions of sale to your attention.
- The booking is confirmed on reception of the deposit payment and the signature of this document.
- The signing of this document signifies the acceptance of the SARL Chardon Loisirs’ conditions of sale.
- The balance of the invoice is to be paid within a maximum of 30 working days.
Cancellation Terms
When the client cancels :
For cancellations from 90 to 30 days before the activity: payment of 50% TTC of the amount on the confirmed quote.
For cancellations from 30 to 15 days before the activity: payment of 75% TTC of the amount on the confirmed quote.
For cancellations within 15 days before the activity: complete payment of the confirmed quote.
Lowering the number of participants: changing the number of participants up to 15 days before the activity as stated on the signed quote.
Increasing the number of participants: depending on the possibilities of SARL CHARDON LOISIRS up to 2 days before the activity as stated on the signed quote.
Cancellation by the SARL CHARDON LOISIRS
Cancellation because of an unforeseeable event.
An unforseeable event is an event entirely out of the control of the SARL CHARDON LOISIRS that prevents the organization of the booked activities (for example: fire, bad weather conditions, theft …) In this case, the SARL CHARDON LOISIRS will reimburse the deposit paid, within 30 working days after the booked date.
Change in program due to bad weather or insufficient snow.
The SARL will propose replacement programs in the case of bad weather or insufficient snow in acceptable and safe conditions. This proposal will only be possible if the client agrees. Please note that only the SARL CHARDON LOISIRS is able or not to carry out the activities initially reserved. Where this is the case the SARL CHARDON LOISIRS has to present a new quote that can or not be accepted by the client; where the new program is refused the sums advanced as a deposit will be refunded without affecting statutory rights.
